The Road to San Felipe and Back...this is not the moon

Well, this is finally it, the road to San Felipe, Baja, Mexico! I thought you might like to see what I'm so crazy about. San Felipe is about 120 miles down the Baja on the Sea of Cortez. It's a dusty, dirty little town accessible by this rather lunar drive though the desert. It really is 120 miles of sand, jagged mountains, salt flats and the occasional desert flora; imagine this video looping for two hours.

I love the drive down. The mountains are multi-contoured, multi-layered, and shadows are constanly changing the rugged terrain. This is just a glimpse of the amazing landscape of the Baja. Enjoy the drive.
