Camille, 'all of your sand dollars don't need to alabaster...

I was telling the story of a time, years ago, when we collected hundreds of sand dollars here in San Felipe. They were full of the fine sand here, which slightly darkens them, so they remained in my bathtub for months (I think, could have been years with me) as the sand continued to filter out making them more 'alabaster'. Camille, was holding many, not 'alabaster', sand filled sand dollars at the time; already content to leave the sand. My story, however, would inspire anyone to, happily, leave the sand!

'A little variegation is beautiful'...
